Since there was so much going on this month, it seemed like a good time to put together a newsletter. Let me know what you think.

Specifically, I'm excited to be a part of two events during the 5th Annual Bethesda Literary Festival April 23 - 25. I'm exhibiting my work at Gallery Neptune and signing my new book "The Ring Bear" as well as "The Three Armadillies Tuff" at Barnes and Noble. This is my first book signing in the Washington area.

Two pieces were selected for this show: The Murder of Mother Goose and Mechanical Circus. Artists receptions are this Friday, April 2nd, and another on April 23rd, during the festival weekend. I will also participate in the artists talk on Sunday the 25th.

Artist in Residency, Montgomery College

I was honored to be an artist in residence at the Montgomery College of Art in March. I met with the students and faculty, presented my work, and started several new pieces. I will be completing them over the summer and be part of an exhibition in September.

I was able to get advance copies of the Ring Bear for this event - the actual release date isn't until later in May. Supplies will be limited for both books so come early!
