The New Year’s Baby is here. I hope everyone had a good holiday. I’ve got several big commercial projects keeping me busy, including 2 kids books, a new drawing for WWE Kids, and some new digital illustrations. So I apologize for the lack of updates!

I’ve got several pieces in Long View Gallery’s holiday show. It’s up now and runs through January 4th, so stop by when you can.
On display are works from some of their favorite artists like Mary Chiaramonte, Chris Stephens, Matt Sesow, Dana Ellyn, and me. Also on display are artists with shows coming up in 2009 including Anna Davis and Billy Colbert.
Happy Thanksgiving/Black Friday. Lots coming up in the next week including Mid City Artists Open Studios, Holiday Cocktails at Long View Gallery, and a small works show at Biagio Chocolate. More info will be up soon. In the meantime, please enjoy this video of a monkey sneezing.
My drawing “Cleaning Up Her Act” is on display at Carroll Community College as part of the show “Art and Addiction.” There is a great article about the show in the Advocate of Westminster and Finksburg that features my drawing. Big thanks to Maggie Ball and Margaret Dowell for pulling this together. And also Lisa Brotman for loaning me the drawing! The opening is this Sunday, and I’ll be heading out for that.
